Eligibility Criteria- Academic
- Applicants may apply if they have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) exams from any accredited Indian board.

Age Limit (as of August 1, 2025)
The Min. and maximum age limits vary for different categories:
- General (UR) applicants: 18 to 25 years
- EBC/BC (Male applicants): 18 to 27 years
- EBC/BC (Female applicants): 18 to 28 years
- SC/ST (Male & Female applicants): 18 to 30 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Age relaxation as per Bihar Government rules

Bihar Police Constable Exam 2025 Application Fee

Selection Process
- Written Test: The first step will be a 100-mark written exam with 100 objective-style questions and you must pass this test, to reach on the next level of this recruitment.
- Physical Tests: Based on merit, CSBC will select candidates for the Physical Efficiency Test five times the number of open positions in the second stage and then Document Verification and Medical Test will take place
Bihar Police PST 2025
Candidates will undergo screening for the Physical Standards Test (PST), which involves taking measures of their weight, height, and chest. Candidates who do not meet the set physical requirements will be disqualified since the PST is a qualifying exam.

Bihar Police Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Each category will have five times as many candidates chosen for the physical efficiency test based on the candidates’ written exam scores and the total number of open positions and there will be 100 marks for the PET exam.
